Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Tibor Engelbert Mackor, accountant, was appointed liquidator of Basilton Park Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of October 2002 at 11.00 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator fixes the 21st day of November 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
