Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Straven Top Line Imports Limited commenced on the 18th day of October 2002 at 11.15 a.m., when the members appointed Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of 13 Woodford Terrace, Fendalton, Christchurch, as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
