Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 17th day of July 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Steves Airless Spraying Limited be liquidated and that Jennifer Mary Gillies, chartered accountant of Walker Dick and Associates, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of July 2002.
