Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 18th day of September 2000 at 3.40 p.m., the shareholders of STR Holdings Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
