Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. B3/250, subject to mortgage No. 455296.1;
(d) Peclares the land in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119 (1), and shall vest in the Crown for use in connection with a road;
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
