Notice Appointing the Places at Which the Registers Are to be Located and When They

May be Inspected 2001 (No. F203)
Pursuant to section 98 (5) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This is the Notice Appointing the Places at Which the Registers Are to be Located and When They May be Inspected 2001.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 October 2001.
2. Interpretation-In this notice:
(a) The "Registers" means the Fishing Vessel Register, the Permit Register, and the High Seas Permit Register.
(b) "Chief Executive" means the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries.
3. Commercial Fisheries Services Office-The Chief Executive appoints the following office of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited to be a place at which the Registers are to be located:

4. Inspection hours of the Registers-The Registers are to be open for inspection by the public from 8.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. on any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday and any public holiday observed in Wellington.
5. Revocation-The Notice Declaring Offices at Which Fishing Vessels May be Registered 2001 (No. F176) appearing in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 April 2001, No. 37, page 823, is hereby revoked.
