Pursuant to section 56 of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This is the Notice Declaring Offices at Which Fishing Vessels May Be Registered 2001 (No. F176).
(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Commercial Fisheries Services Registration Office-
2.1. The Chief Executive declares the following office of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited to be a registration office at which fishing vessels may be registered:

Wellington Registry Office
156-158 Victoria Street
Wellington
3. Registrars of Fisheries-
3.1. The following designated officers of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited are appointed as Registrars of Fisheries for the above Registration Office:

Senior Registry Officer
Registry Analyst
Registry Officer
3.2. The following designated officer of the Ministry of Fisheries is appointed as Registrar of Fisheries:

4. Revocation-
4.1. The Notice Declaring Offices at Which Fishing
Vessels May be Registered and Appointing Registrars of Fisheries 1999 (No. F124) appearing in the
New Zealand Gazette on 29 July 1999, No. 87 at page 2076 is hereby revoked.
