Must be Provided 2001 (No. F175)
Pursuant to section 295 (1) (c) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This is the Notice Appointing Place Where Applications for Exemptions and High Seas Fishing Permits Must Be Provided 2001 (No. F175).
(2) This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Commercial Fisheries Services Office-
2.1. The Chief Executive appoints the following office of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited to be the place where applications for exemptions under section 113F and applications for high seas fishing permits under section 113G must be provided:
