Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cirque Du Soleil, Inc, a company incorporated in Canada and having a place of business in New Zealand at 8 Nelson Street, Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
