Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul John McCormick, chartered accountant of Brown Woolley Graham, was appointed liquidator of Stemarson Limited *(whose name changed from The Continental Cigar Company Limited (consequent upon sale of the business) in the previous
12 months).
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of November 2001.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
7th day of January 2002, as the day on or before which
the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
