Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to orders of the High Court at Rotorua dated the 15th day of October 2001 at 12.30 p.m., 12.34 p.m., 12.39 p.m., 12.42 p.m. and 12.47 p.m. respectively, Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies.
The liquidations commenced on the 15th day of October 2001.
Creditors and shareholders may make direct inquiries to the liquidators' assistants, Rozanna Waiari or Cherie Allen, during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
