Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an order in the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry, and section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Robert Ross Horton and John Albert Price, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of North End Trading Limited (in liquidation) on the 8th day of March 2001 at 10.27 a.m.
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators of North End Trading Limited (in liquidation) fix the 4th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
