Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) An explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment.
(b) Confirmation of the existing liquidator or the appointment of a replacement.
(c) To receive the views of creditors.
(d) General business.
The meeting will be held on Friday, the 5th day of May at 9.00 a.m., Ground Floor, Conference Room, Bower House, 24 Bower Street, Napier.
