Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the stopped Government road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 49A/310, subject to mortgage B. 047682.3, on the date of publication of this notice in
the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares the area described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 49A/310, and excluding any minerals contained in prior certificate of title 26/221, subject to mortgage B. 047682.3.
