Take notice that on the 15th day of March 2000, an application for putting Elliffe's Appliance World Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 17th day of April 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The applicants are Steelfort Engineering Co Limited, Robert Bosch Limited, Award Appliances Limited, Applico Group Limited, Parmco Sales Limited, Hagemeyer (NZ) Limited and Rinnai NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Cooper Rapley, Solicitors, 240 Broadway Avenue (P.O.
