Tourism Flightseeing Limited (``the company'') Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Notice is given by the board of the company, that the company will amalgamate with Milford Sound Flightseeing Limited and Tourism Flightseeing Maintenance Limited on the 30th day of November 1999. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any member or creditor of the company, or any person to whom the company is under an obligation.
