Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand: (a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule of this notice is hereby acquired for road diversion and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. (b) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice to be road and to remain vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
