Radiocommunications (Radio) Regulations (General Licence for Radio Receiving Apparatus) Notice 1999 Pursuant to regulation 13 of the Radiocommunications (Radio) Regulations 1993, and acting under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, I give the following notice: N o t i c e 1. Short title and commencement (1)This notice may be cited as the Radiocommunications (Radio) Regulations (General Licence for Radio Receiving Apparatus) Notice 1999. (2) This notice comes into force on 4 February 1999. 2. General licence A licence is granted for the installation, operation and use of radio apparatus intended for the reception of radiocommunications. (2) The licence granted under subclause (1) of this clause does not apply to radio apparatus designed as an integrated unit for transmission and reception of radiocommunications. 3.
