Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 9070005379 On the 14th day of November 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Jack Mano Williams of 7B Mahina Place, Mount Maunganui, unemployed, was convicted and sentenced to six (6) months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 7 December 1999, following his conviction on 15 November 1999 for an offence of driving while disqualified having previously been convicted and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. M. Kean, has ordered that a 1974 Morris Marina motor vehicle, registration No. GT 1822 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Jack Mano Williams be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 12 noon on the 16th day of November 1999.
