Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 18th day of October 1999 at the District Court at Tauranga, Kerry James Charteris of 456 Welcome Bay Road, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months periodic detention, 18 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 24 December 1999, following his conviction on 18 October 1999, for an offence of driving while disqualified, having been previously convicted and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge E. B. Anderson has ordered that a Honda Accord motor vehicle, registration No. KJ 8811 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Kerry James Charteris, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 18th day of October 1999.
