Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 8th day of July 1999 at the District Court at Waihi, Trevor Bruce Bowler of 112 Roser Street, Huntly, was convicted and sentenced to 6 months imprisonment and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 8 July 1999, following his conviction on 8 July 1999, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol, having been convicted on 2 previous occasions of offences against sections 56 or 60 of the Land Transport Act 1962, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge McKegg, has ordered that a Nissan Atles motor vehicle, registration No. XX 1835 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Trevor Bruce Bowler, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
