Appointment of Trustee: Pendle Hill Private Burial Ground Pursuant to section 23 (1) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, the Governor-General has appointed Mr Samuel Mark Fletcher, farmer of Springhill, Wakaraka to be a trustee of the Pendle Hill Private Burial Ground who shall have the maintenance and care of the Pendle Hill Private Burial Ground.
