L. S. F. Burnett has ordered that a Nissan Bluebird motor vehicle, registration No. OL 7460 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Anthony James Hill, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
