Notice of Approval of a Statement of Preferred Work Practices Under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 Code of Practice for Operator Protective Structures on Self-Propelled Mobile Mechanical Plant Pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, whereas subsections (3) (a) and (3) (b) of section 20 of that Act, have been fulfilled and complied with, the Minister for Enterprise and Commerce, hereby gives notice that he approves a statement of preferred work practices or arrangements for health and safety by the provision of operator protective structures under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, entitled ``Code of Practice for Operator Protective Structures on Self-Propelled Mobile Mechanical Plant''. These preferred work practices or arrangements are designed to describe the general health and safety provisions for employers to consider when managing mobile mechanical plant roll over hazards.
