Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 CRN: 8075007009 On the 2nd day of March 1999 at the District Court at Thames, Karl Stenton Workman, care of Whitianga Post Office, Whitianga, was convicted and sentenced to supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear has ordered that a Subaru motor vehicle, registration No. NN 1618 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The Court further ordered, pursuant to section 83 (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, that Karl Stenton Workman be prohibited from acquiring any interest in any vehicle within 12 months from the date of this order. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Thames, on the 2nd day of March 1999.
