Sale of Former Greymouth Harbour Board Land I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143a (3) of the Harbours Act, hereby approve pursuant to sections 143a (1) (a) and 143c (1) (b) (i) of the Harbours Act 1950, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by the Grey District Council and specify that the approval is effective from the date of this notice. Schedule All that parcel of land containing 1012 square metres, more or less, being section 103, Town of Dobson and being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 1B, folio 55 (Westland Registry), subject to lease No. 25333.
