Primelands Investments Limited Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 On the 20th day of August 1999, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Primelands Investments Limited be liquidated and John Fokerd and Alan Isaac, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed liquidators. The company is solvent and is being liquidated as part of a restructuring process. Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims The liquidators fix the 18th day of September 1999, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
