Trends Lighting Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Meeting of Creditors I, Bruce Frederick McCullough, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, was appointed liquidator of Trends Lighting Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 22nd day of November 1996. A final meeting of creditors will be held at 20 Kings Crescent, Lower Hutt, on the 16th day of June 1998, commencing at 9.00 a.m. The business to be transacted at the meeting is: (a) Receiving the liquidator's final report. (b) Confining the liquidator's request that the company be struck from the New Zealand Register. Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy vote.
