Reappointment of Disaster Recovery Co-ordinator Pursuant to section 69 (2) of the Civil Defence Act, I, Hon. Jack Elder, Minister of Civil Defence, hereby reappoint Jennifer Daphne Rowan as Disaster Recovery Co-ordinator for the Ruapehu District. The powers contained in section 71 (2) and (3) are not conferred as part of this reappointment. This reappointment shall come into force at 1700 hours on 11 November 1998 and cease at 1700 hours on 18 November 1998. Dated this 11th day of November 1998. Hon.
