Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 27th day of October 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Henry Falwasser of 29 Kingswood Road, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 7 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence until the Secretary for Transport makes an order removing this disqualified following his conviction on 27 October 1998, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. B. Wilson has ordered that a Leyland Marina motor vehicle, registered No. HE 5876 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Henry Falwasser, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 27th day of October 1998.
