Notice of Order for Restoration of Practitioners Name M. 145/98 In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982 Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of August 1997, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows: 1. That George William Stuart Boyd be restored to the roll of barristers and solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand. 2. That George William Stuart Boyd pay the following costs: (a) to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $3,550.00 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the consideration of the application by this tribunal; (b) to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $1,703.50 in respect of its costs in opposing the application; and (c) to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $2,101.00 in respect of its costs in opposing the application.
