Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager In the matter of Lyndmark Insurance & Investment Consultants Limited (in receivership): Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a debenture dated the 10th day of June 1996, given by Lyndmark Insurance & Investment Consultants Limited in its favour, East Coast Trustee Company Limited and Virginia Anne Collinge have appointed John Francis Managh, chartered accountant of Napier, as receiver and manager of the property of Lyndmark Insurance & Investment Consultants Limited on the 16th day of July 1998, under the powers contained in the said debenture.
