Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of the company or of Medlab Diagnostic Laboratory Services Limited, or any person to whom the company or Medlab Diagnostic Laboratory Services Limited is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies, situated at care of SGS Investments Limited, Sixth Floor, Toshiba House, 3 Ferncroft Street, Grafton, Auckland, and at the following place: Level Ten, Russell McVeagh McKenzie Bartlett & Co., Tower One, the Shortland Centre, 5153 Shortland Street, Auckland.
