Pandora Produce Limited (``the company'') Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 The board of directors of Pandora Produce Limited gives notice that the company has prepared an amalgamation proposal for the amalgamation of the company with Squashpackers H B Limited as at the 2nd day of August 1997. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the company or Squashpackers H B Limited, or any person to whom the company or Squashpackers H B Limited is under an obligation at the registered offices of the company or Squashpackers H B Limited during normal business hours. A shareholder or creditor of the company or Squashpackers H B Limited, or any person to whom the company or Squashpackers H B Limited is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company or Squashpackers H B Limited.
