Caspex Corporation Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that Caspex Corporation Limited proposes to amalgamate with Independent Manufacturers Limited, Mondial Holdings Limited and Motor Holdings Automotive Limited. Upon amalgamation Caspex Corporation Limited will become the amalgamated company. The date of the proposed amalgamation is 4 July 1997, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
