Hayley Holdings Limited and Yelyeh Holdings Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Pursuant to Section 209c (4) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given by the directors of Hayley Holdings Limited and Yelyeh Holdings Limited, that the companies propose to amalgamate on Friday, the 9th day of May 1997. Hayley Holdings Limited will continue as the amalgamated company. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection for any shareholders or creditors of either company, or any other person to whom either company is under an obligation, at the registered office of Hayley Holdings Limited during normal business hours.
