Pohangina Land Company (No. 1) Limited and Pohangina Land Company (No. 2) Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 2nd day of June 1997, Pohangina Land Company (No. 1) Limited and Pohangina Land Company (No. 2) Limited intend, pursuant to section 209 of the Companies Act 1955, to make application to amalgamate and continue as one company, Pohangina Land Company (No. 1) Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of either company, or any person to whom either company is under an obligation at the registered office of the companies, being Westview Farm, Utuwai, Ashhurst, or during normal business hours at the offices of Cooper Rapley, Barristers & Solicitors, 19 Manchester Street, Feilding.
