Declaration That Land is Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Tasman District Council on the 31st day of January 1997: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Tasman District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose (clubrooms) reserve within the meaning of the said Act''.
