Legend Holdings Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register, Legend Holdings Limited (in liquidation) (``the company''), which has its registered office at the Fifth Floor, 1117 Church Street, Wellington, by request pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the liquidators have filed their final report pursuant to section 231 of the Companies Act 1955.
