V. Bryant Trust Building, 127 Alexandra Street, Hamilton, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
