Land League Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Land League Limited (in liquidation), which has its registered office at 1117 Church Street, Wellington, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act, namely the liquidator's final report and accounts, have been sent to the Registrar of Companies.
