Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of C & J Smith & Son (Rangiora) Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given, that in pursuance of section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), that: (a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Registrar under section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the liquidator has filed the return of the final winding up meetings as required by that section. (b) Any objection to the removal, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), must be lodged with the Registrar within 28 days after publication of this notice.
