DML Resources Limited, Baker Construction Limited, DML Minerals Limited, DML Mining Limited, Poutini Gold Investments Limited and Westland Gold Investments Limited (all in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, both chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of the above companies on the 1st day of November 1997 under the terms of a debenture giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the companies. The property in receivership is all of the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
