Trade and Industrial Equity Limited Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation The directors of Trade and Industrial Equity Limited hereby give notice of the proposed amalgamation, with Hayley Holdings Limited, effective 31 January 1996. Copies of the amalgamation proposed are available for inspection for any shareholder or creditor of Trade and Industrial Equity Limited or any person to whom Trade and Industrial Equity Limited is under an obligation at the registered office of Trade and Industrial Equity Limited during normal business hours and; A shareholder or creditor of Trade and Industrial Equity Limited or any person for whom Trade and Industrial Equity Limited is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to Trade and Industrial Equity Limited.
