Union Medical Centre (Waikato) Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Creditors Meeting We, Peter Leslie Shaw and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Hamilton and Auckland respectively, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Union Medical Centre (Waikato) Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on the 6th day of August 1996. A meeting of creditors of Union Medical Centre (Waikato) Limited (in liquidation) will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Friday, the 16th day of August 1996 on the Sixth Floor, Bryant Trust Building, 127 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
