Land Acquired and Land Declared Road in Hamilton City Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands: (a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. (b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose (segregation) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. (c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be road and shall vest in The Hamilton City Council. First Schedule South Auckland Land District 85 square metres, being part Lot 14, D.P. S. 60901; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O. Plan 60388, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Second Schedule South Auckland Land District 6 square metres, being part Lot 14, D.P. S. 60901; as shown marked ``C'' on S.O. Plan 60388, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton. Third Schedule South Auckland Land District 6 square metres, being part Lot 22, D.P. S. 60901; as shown marked ``B'' on S.O. Plan 60388, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
