Amending a Notice Declaring Road to be Stopped in Rodney District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of May 1996, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 May 1996, No. 54, page 1417, declaring road to be stopped in Rodney District, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the land firstly described in the legal description the letter ``A'' and substituting the letter ``C'' and by deleting from the land secondly described in the legal description the letter ``B'' and substituting the letter ``D''.
