Land at 2, 4 and 20 Stanmore Road Acquired for Road Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 7th day of June 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 13th day of June 1996, No. 61 at page 1537, by substituting the words ``the land'' for the word ``shall'' in the sixth line of the declaration and omitting the word ``part'' from the second line of the First Schedule.
