Declaring Land and a Right to Convey Water Easement in Gross to be Acquired for Water Supply Purposes in the City of Dunedin Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water supply purposes and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 13th day of June 1996 and a right to convey water easement in gross over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for water supply purposes, vesting in The Dunedin City Council, its employees, agents and licensees the rights relating to right to convey water easements set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 on the 13th day of June 1996.
