Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken Near Outram Cemetery in the City of Dunedin Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby amends the notice dated the 8th day of December 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 December 1995, No. 147 at page 4798, declaring land acquired for road, road stopped and land taken in the City of Dunedin by omitting from the seventh declaration, second item, reference to ``Kenneth Rowland Harrex, Elizabeth Clair Harrex and the Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited'' and replacing it with ``Kenneth Rowland Harrex (1/3 share), Elizabeth Claire Harrex (1/3 share) and the Trustees Executors & Agency Company of New Zealand Limited and Kenneth Rowland Harrex and Elizabeth Claire Harrex both above named (1/3 share) as tenants in common in the said shares.''
